In the U.S., the suicide rate for men is 4x higher than for women.
Men make up 79% of suicides — that’s roughly 100 men every single day.

When Meagan and I were discussing launching a men’s program there was a permeating hesitation in both of us. Not because we felt we were incapable, or that we didn’t have the proper credentials to assist men in their personal development journeys, but because we feared the backlash of being told that as women it wasn’t our place to step into men’s spaces. We feared our intentions would be misinterpreted as us attempting to lead men and that simply is not the case. It is not our intention to lead you, but to partner with you.
The truth is that masculinity is under attack. And as women, we have felt the growing absence of men as they have retreated into themselves and abandoned their sacred calling. The downward spiral of men’s mental health has reached an alarming degree which Meagan has seen firsthand in her private practice and in her recent partnership with the Missouri Valley JATC.
You guys, we don’t want to live in a world without men.
The Ignited Masculine is not just a summoning, or call to action, but a request. We are asking you to listen to the stirrings of your soul and step up into the leaders that we so desperately need in this world. To band together as brothers and rise up into the strong and capable partners, fathers, mentors, warriors, friends, coaches, tradesmen, and community leaders that are absent in today’s world. This idea that women don’t need men is simply not true.
The world we envision is one where all men are aligned in their purpose. Where you are no longer chained by your insecurities, escaping through your addictions, or battered by the vitriol of radical narratives that insist that you don’t matter.
Because you do matter.
As women, we see this. We see how your absence has impacted society at large, we hear it in our conversations with clients and feel it in the acute absence of the masculine presence in our public institutions, our romantic lives and the lives of the children we know.
The time is now. We are humbly asking you to answer the call so that we can build a world together where both men and women can thrive in partnership and community. Where we can raise healthy children within safe communities. Where we can once again adore, respect, and appreciate one another. A world where men are once again men. We can’t achieve this without you.
We won’t lie; it’ll be challenging work. It’ll require you to confront the darkest depths of your soul and face down your demons. It’ll take discipline, determination, and grit. Meagan and I can provide to you the collective knowledge and wisdom that we have both accumulated through our professional and personal backgrounds, the structure of a program to guide you, as well as a community of brothers in arms to walk this path alongside you, but you will need to do the real work which will require you to confront yourself.
This summons is for those of you who are ready to rise. Those of you who know deep down that you are destined for more than what you currently are. If that is you, consider yourself ignited.
